Trauma can leave deep emotional wounds that impact your thoughts, feelings, and daily life. Whether from a past event, ongoing stress, or an experience that changed everything, the effects of trauma are real—but so is the possibility of healing.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and trauma-related stress can show up in different ways:

  • Flashbacks & Nightmares – Reliving distressing memories when you least expect it

  • Emotional Numbness – Struggling to feel joy, love, or connection
  • Avoidance – Staying away from people, places, or situations that trigger painful memories
  • Guilt & Shame – Blaming yourself for what happened, even when it wasn’t your fault

At our practice, we offer trauma-informed care to help you process your experiences in a safe, supportive space. Through therapy, you can learn to:

  • Reduce the intensity of traumatic memories
  • Manage triggers and overwhelming emotions
  • Rebuild a sense of safety and control
  • Strengthen relationships and self-trust

You are more than your trauma. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to go through this alone.

The spectrum nature of autism means that symptoms vary widely among individuals, often leading to unique strengths and challenges.
